Patinate The Future
For 20 years, Urwerk’s seamlessly blended old school horology with Blade Runner-esque design. The all new UR-105 The Hour Glass houses the self-winding UR 5.03 Calibre with wandering hours in a sandblasted bronze case. Meaning, it’ll age with you. With each watch developing a unique patina.
Years back Felix Baumgartner and Martin Frei devised a futuristic interpretation of the “wandering hours” complication. Inspired by the 17th-century night clock built by the Campanus brothers, Urwerk’s three dimensional satellite display was an instant hit.
This time around, the UR-105 The Hour Glass combines the revolutionary satellite display under a domed crystal, cut and fitted in the same style as the first watch we retailed for Urwerk, the UR-103.

(Commemorative Edition)
This unique trio of watches features URWERK’s emblematic wandering hours indication in a new case that takes up some of the design features of URWERK’s models during its association with The Hour Glass: the shape of the sapphire glass recalls that of the UR-103 series that started the partnership 15 years ago.
